By ordering a commission from me, you agree to my terms of service, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms. Violation or disregard of any of the terms will :• Rescind any art commissioned by me.
• Refund payment(s) (if applicable).
• Ban you from ever commissioning me againGENERAL:
By commissioning me, you agree to...-When reposting the artwork, you will give immediate credit by linking me to the relevant social media accounts either through Twitter (@dj_snasofficial) and or Instagram (@dj_snas).If reposting elsewhere, please make sure to link to at least one of the mentioned accounts.-Take responsibility for providing specific visual details of the character that should not be missed throughout the Google forum. I cannot work off of descriptions as references.-Ensure prompt payment screenshot either by sending it through PayPal (after receiving the invoice from me)It is your responsibility to communicate any payment-related issues.-Never edit my work unless you have my written permission, Cropping is acceptable, but if my signature is removed, please include credit when reposting.By accepting your commission, I agree to...-Send you a high-resolution file (PNG) for private use and a smaller file for social media posting via email (JPG)-Only send an invoice (and collect payment) when I am ready to begin your commission request-Finish your commission within 2 weeks before receiving your payment (unless a longer work period is mutually arranged beforehand).
Any potential delays / issues will be communicated to you by email and/or your preferred social media platform-Use your personal information only for communication, collecting payment, and keeping track of who commissioned me and so on.-Refund your payment if I can no longer complete your commission request. You will receive a full refund if I have NOT started on your piece, and a PARTIAL refund depending on my progress + the incomplete work that has been done.Contact- I will contact you through your preferred method of communication when your commission is next in the queue.This message will contain a "breakdown of your total commission cost" before I send an official invoice. I may also ask for additional information/clarification with the references you provided in the Google forum before starting as well.Payment- Payment is only made through
Paypal (USD)- Payments are to be paid in FULL at the beginning of the commission work. Due to banking difficulties on my end I will be using my fathers Paypal. We came to a verbal agreement on the exchange
(If you find this troubling then do not commission me)- After I have fully accepted your order, I will send you a PayPal invoice. How to pay for a PayPal invoice- Payment needs to be sent within 10 days. Failure to do so will result in your commission being rejected.ADDITIONAL FEE- Additional fees will be added depending on the complexity and details of the client's character. (Example: extra character's, backgrounds)Delivery Time- NO RUSH ORDERS
Please do not rush me in any way whatsoever during the process I'd like to take my time doing your commission. It discourages me from wanting to finish and will immediately result in me canceling the commission.So please do be patient when it comes to commissioning me.-The time taken to complete the work will depend on it's complexity and my current schedule.- Finished Commissioned pieces will be sent to you through GmailCorrections and Revisions-For commissions that are accepted, I will send occasional updates after each stage of the sketch, and color for client approval. If I make any character mistakes on the sketch, please make sure to point them out so that I may fix themIf I feel like something doesn't need any correction/revision then I will not be making any changes to it- I will not redo a current commission from scratch.Refunds / Cancellations-The Client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is canceled/refunded during the work process.- You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation if I have not started on your order.- Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.- I have the full right to refund you for whatever reason with and without explanation.Copyright and Persmissions-I have the right to decline any commission request for whatever reason-The artist retains rights to the art and may use it for commercial, promotional, sample, and portfolio purposes-Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.Ordering-Commission requests are submitted via Google survey- Changing/adding character(s) after I have started with your commission is not available
