BEANIEFLAKE'S COMMISSIONS

Hello all! Welcome to my art commission page! I go by BeanieFlake, also known as dj_snas. Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!. My commissions are currently "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE" (depending on what you request) and that a maximum of 5 slots are available. Once they're all filled, commissions will be closed until further notice.

The Overall Process

- Fill out the GOOGLE FORM for submissions- Input details effectively to your best ability throughout the form. If you stumble upon any difficulties discuss it with me ASAP.- Once done wait until you are fully decided upon consideration through email- Payment is to be payed in full before or after the commission / sketch demo

(Bonus features cannot be stacked with one another)- If you have commissioned me in the past and would like to buy from me again instead of paying the original price as usual, you will receive a 5% discount in the following categories: #COMMISSION ORDERING, ★ Additional Types ★ and ★ Add-Ons ★

By commissioning me, you agree to...-When reposting the artwork, you will give immediate credit by linking me to the relevant social media accounts either through Twitter (@dj_snasofficial) and or Instagram (@dj_snas). (If reposting elsewhere, please make sure to link to at least one of the mentioned accounts.)-Be specific about the visual details of the character for the Google forum.-Ensure prompt payment by providing a screenshot for me after receiving the invoice. (It is your responsibility to communicate any payment-related issues.)-Never edit my work unless you have my written permission, Cropping is acceptable, but if my signature is removed, please include credit when reposting.By accepting your commission, I agree to...- Provide a high-resolution PNG file for private use and a smaller JPG file for social media sharing, both sent via email.-Only send an invoice and collect payment when I am ready to begin your commission request-Finish your commission within 1-2 weeks before receiving your payment (unless a longer work period is mutually arranged beforehand. Any potential delays/issues will be communicated to you by email and/or your preferred social media platform)-Use your personal information only for communication, collecting payment, keeping track of who commissioned me, and so on.-Refund your payment if I can no longer complete your commission request. Paypal (USD) at this time. Cashapp may be considered in the future as MANY people prefer that over paypal for some reason??- Payment is to be made in full before I provide a quick sketch / demo example. This is to ensure that you are fully certain about your decision before making the payment. Once I receive your final decision and approval from the demo, I will proceed to send over the invoice to you. (Due to banking difficulties on my end I will be using my father's Paypal. - If you find this troubling then do not commission me)- Once your order is confirmed, I will send you a PayPal invoice. Learn how to pay for a PayPal invoice Here- Payment needs to be sent within 10 days. (for better quality make sure to watch out for any emails from me regarding this)- NO RUSH ORDERS Please do not rush me in any way whatsoever during the process I'd like to take my time doing your commission. It discourages me from wanting to finish and will immediately result in me canceling the commission. So please do be patient.-The time taken to complete a drawing will depend on its complexity and my current schedule (14 - 7 days is my overall go-to)Corrections and Revisions-I will not start over on a current commission-For accepted commissions that want to receive revisions through the form, I will send occasional updates after each stage of the sketch, line work, and color for client approval. If I make any character mistakes on the sketch, please make sure to point them out so that I can fix them.-If I feel like something doesn't need any correction/revision then I will not be making any changes to it.Refunds / Cancellations-The Client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is canceled/refunded during the work process.- You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation if I have not started on your order.- Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.- I have the full right to refund you for whatever reason with and without explanation.Copyright and Persmissions-I have the right to decline any commission request for whatever reason-The artist retains rights to the art and may use it for commercial, promotional, sample, and portfolio purposes-Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.
