By commissioning me, you agree to...-only pay once told to / officially approved-When reposting the artwork, you will give immediate credit by linking me to the relevant social media accounts either through Twitter (@dj_snasofficial) and or Instagram (@dj_snas). (If reposting elsewhere, please make sure to link to at least one of the mentioned accounts.)-Be specific about the visual details of the character for either forum.-Ensure prompt payment by providing a screenshot for me after receiving the invoice and or if paying through Cashapp / Kofi. (It is your responsibility to communicate any payment-related issues.)-Never edit my work unless you have my written permission, Cropping is acceptable, but if my signature is removed completely, please include credit when reposting.By accepting your commission, I agree to...- Provide a high-resolution PNG file for private use and a smaller JPG file for social media sharing, both wipl be sent only via email.-Only send an invoice (paypal people) and collect payment when I am ready to begin / complete your commission request-Finish your commission within 1-2 weeks after receiving your payment (unless a longer work period is mutually arranged beforehand. Any potential delays/issues will be communicated to you by email and/or your preferred social media platform)-Use your personal information only for communication, collecting payment, keeping track of who commissioned me, and so on. (Nothing personal will be leaked unless you are genuinely a horrible person)-Refund your payment if I can no longer complete your commission request. However, please keep in mind that it may not look exactly like the original, as I will incorporate my own personal touch into it. So, be prepared and accept these conditions!- Due to banking difficulties on the artist's (Beanieflake's) end, I will be using my father's PayPal account for payment acceptance for the time being. If you have any concerns about this arrangement, despite his verbal approval of this arrangement, please refrain from commissioning me until my own account issues are resolved.- Payment is to be made in full before I provide a quick sketch / demo example. This is to ensure that you are fully certain about your decision before making the payment. Once I receive your final decision and approval from the demo, I will proceed to send over the invoice to you.- Once your order is confirmed, I will send you a PayPal invoice (to those choosing Paypal). Failure to do so will result in your commission being rejected.Discounts- If you have commissioned me in the past and would like to buy from me again instead of paying the original price as usual, you will receive a 5% discount in the following categories: #COMMISSION ORDERING, ★ Additional Types ★ and ★ Add-Ons ★ in the google form and or VgenADDITIONAL FEE- Additional fees will be added based on the complexity and details of the client's character, such as extra characters, props, and backgrounds.Ordering-Commission submissions should only be submitted through either the Google Form and or Vgen Form. Refusal to fill out either of these forms will automatically be denied no question.- Ensure that the email you enter is an active account and that you regularly check your inbox for this email.-Changing/adding character(s) after I have started your commission is not availableDelivery Time- Please be aware that completed commissioned pieces will only be delivered to you via Gmail. (for better quality make sure to watch out for any emails from me regarding this)- NO RUSH ORDERS Please do not request rush orders. I would appreciate it if you avoided rushing me during the process, as I prefer to take my time on your commission. Rushing discourages me and may lead to the cancellation of the commission. So be patient.- The time required to complete an illustration depends on its complexity and my current schedule, typically ranging from 14 to 7 days but is not guaranteed!Corrections and Revisions-I will not start over on a current commission-For accepted commissions that want to receive revisions through the form, I will send occasional updates after each stage of the sketch, line work, and color for client approval. If I make any character mistakes on the sketch, please make sure to point them out so that I can fix them.-If I feel like something doesn't need any correction/revision then I will not be making any changes to it.Refunds / Cancellations-The Client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is canceled/refunded during the work process.- You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation if I have not started on your order.- Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.- I have the full right to refund you for whatever reason with and without explanation.Copyright and Persmissions-I have the right to decline any commission request for whatever reason- NEVER EDIT THE ARTISTS (beanieflake) WORK UNLESS YOU HAVE MY WRITTEN PERMISSION BY ASKING, CROPPING IS ACCEPTABLE, BUT IF MY SIGNATURE IS REMOVED ENTIRELY, PLEASE INCLUDE CREDIT EITHER WAY WHEN REPOSTING.- THE ARTIST (beanieflake) RETAINS RIGHTS TO THE ART AND MAY USE IT FOR COMMERCIAL, PROMOTIONAL, SAMPLE, AND PORTFOLIO PURPOSES DESPITE BEING PRIVATE (ONLY ACCEPTABLE IF YOU HAVE A VALID REASON + MAY ALSO CHARGE FOR NDAS)- COMMISSIONER (YOU🫵) MAY NOT REDISTRIBUTE, REPRODUCE, MAKE MERCHANDISE OF, OR OTHERWISE PROFIT FROM THE COMMISSIONED ARTWORK WHETHER FOR REAL OR DIGITAL CURRENCY. COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USAGE ONLY (keychains, stickers, and so on are acceptable as long as you aren't making any money off of it)GREYLIST / BLACKLISTED POLICY:- You will only risk being added to the list if you are truly unbearable or if you choose not to read through people's basic production terms and don't care.
